Camshaft DOHC Stage 1 - Exhaust

Hotcams stage 1, 2 and 3 camshafts are engineered for single cam engines or as a matched set of instake and exhaust cams for dual cam engines designed to improve performances where the rider needs it.

Each camshaft maximises the efficiency of an engine that is stock or mildly modified and in most cases without requiring stiffer valve springs. Hotcams are made from Billet steel in the USA.

Stage 1 - Low range increase in torque and horsepower. (Tight tracks, Enduro racing)
Stage 2 - Mid to high range increases in torque and horsepower (Looser tracks with higher than average speeds)
Stage 3 - High end peak horsepower and overrev suitable for big bore kits and stroker crankshafts (Desert racing, or high speeds)

Decomp mechanisms will be either fitted to the camshaft or you'll be required to refit your original.
